Please find the winners below who were crowned Gold, Silver or Bronze for each award category in our awards ceremony on Wednesday 8th March 2023.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><strong>Award Categories 2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Asset Management and Regeneration Award<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This award is for asset management and regeneration that delivers proven benefits to local public services and their communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Babergh &amp; Mid Suffolk District Council<\/strong> <strong>\u2013 <\/strong>Gateway 14<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: Gloucestershire Police &amp; OPCC<\/strong> \u2013 Bamfurlong Specialist Operations Centre<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: Mid and East Antrim Borough Council<\/strong> \u2013 Pilot Hydrogen Training Academy<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Best Transformation Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award recognises a team who has made an exceptional contribution and long-term positive impact in their organisation through a series of transformation and continuous improvement. They continuously look for new ways to innovate and push the boundaries of local public service deployment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 One Council Transformation Programme<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Tewkesbury Borough Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Business Transformation Team<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: South Gloucestershire Council<\/strong> \u2013 Transformation &amp; Efficiency Team<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Communications Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No matter the budget, topic or channel, this award is for public service communications that are imaginative, engaging and have above all made a real impact. It encompasses advertising campaigns, websites, social media and publications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Essex County Council<\/strong> \u2013 Social Broadband Tariff Campaign<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: Essex Police<\/strong> \u2013 We Value Difference Campaign<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Kent County Council<\/strong> \u2013 Kent Adult Social Care &amp; Health Strategy<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Community Focus Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award is for the initiative that does most to reinvigorate the local community.\u00a0 This might be for a major programme of regeneration that creates economic opportunity for the local area or initiatives that engage the local community, creating greater resilience, better life chances and less dependency on public services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Bracknell Forest Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Vsi Razom Community Hub<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council<\/strong> \u2013 Access to Food Partnership<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Brentwood Borough Council<\/strong> \u2013 Strategic Housing Development Programme<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Customer Focus Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award is for the organisation that delivers outstanding service to their customers. It recognises those that demonstrate the link between excellent customer service and improved service performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership<\/strong> \u2013 Help Everyone At The Right Time (HEART)<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: Essex Police<\/strong> \u2013 Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Cohesion (EDIC) Partnership<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Pathway to Work Programme<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Best Use of Data Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award is for the use of data insight and the application of data, rewarding creative approaches to managing and manipulating data to deliver outstanding results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: Blue Lights Digital <\/strong>\u2013 Programme Odyssey<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: Cumbria County Council<\/strong> \u2013 VIPER<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: Surrey County Council <\/strong>\u2013 Data Analytics Centre of Excellence<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Best Use of Digital and Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award is for the innovative use of digital tools and technology, from remodelling existing services, to creating totally new and dynamic services that lead to improved outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Kent County Council<\/strong> \u2013 Technology Enabled Care Services<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Blackburn with Darwen Council<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u2013<\/strong> Changing Futures Lancashire<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Department for Levelling Up, Housing and<\/strong> Communities \u2013 DLUHC Digital Planning Programme<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Award for Efficiency and Effectiveness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This organisation has harnessed the real potential in their organisation, delivering elevated performance, creating efficiencies, and delivering outstanding customer service with improved value to their residents. Above all, this organisation has shown its ability to adapt a virus-fuelled environment and achieve fantastic results in doing so.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>East Ayrshire Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Education &amp; Early Learning Document Portfolio<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Bracknell Forest Council<\/strong> \u2013 Digital Team<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>London Borough of Bromley<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Transformation Programme<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Green Public Service Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This category recognises, rewards and promotes environmental best practice across the public sector in the UK. This organisation has shown how they have helped the environment and improved sustainability not only in their organisation, but their surrounding community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: Cambridge City Council<\/strong> \u2013 Electric Vehicles<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: Adur District Council<\/strong> \u2013 Sussex Bay Initiative<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council<\/strong> \u2013 Tree Canopy Survey &amp; Tree Planting Initiative<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Award for Innovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This category is not only open to the public sector but also private or third sector organisations. This category is for developing and\/or bringing to market new innovative technologies or facilities that can transform the delivery of a local public service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: Cheltenham Borough Council &amp; West Oxfordshire District Council<\/strong>\u2013 Climate Impact Assessment Tool<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: London Borough of Barking and Dagenham<\/strong> \u2013 Cash Perks<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: Swindon Borough Council<\/strong> \u2013 Emerging Technology Team<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. People, Value &amp; Culture Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award captures the exceptional focus and effort of those that recognise and acknowledge the importance of their people to their overall success. By embedding values, culture and behaviours that empowers the delivery of the best possible services to their residents and service users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong>County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service\u00a0\u00a0\u2013 Operational Assurance<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Social Care Learning Hub<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Watford Borough Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Town Hall Transformation<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Procurement Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This award recognises the pioneers in procurement who are using it to deliver as much of their strategic agenda as possible, maximising the value to their partners, businesses and communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea<\/strong> \u2013 Building Lives Academy<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: Kent County Council \u2013 <\/strong>Community Micro-Enterprises<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: <\/strong><strong>Portsmouth City Council<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Social Value Policy<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Transformation in Health &amp; Social Care Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submissions can be based upon transforming access to services, remodelling the service, working in partnership or a combination of all three.\u00a0 The winning applications will have demonstrated the greatest impact for customers of health and social care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BRONZE: <\/strong><strong>Kent County Council<\/strong> \u2013 Community Micro-Enterprises<br \/>\n<strong>SILVER: <\/strong><strong>Bristol City Council<\/strong> \u2013 Think Family Database<br \/>\n<strong>GOLD: Isle of Wight Council \u2013<\/strong> The Living Well and Early Help Service<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.
